Introduction
SkillHat’s Project Management (PM) course provides the skills required to lead Project teams, and pass the PMP exam. Project Managers manage Project scope, schedule and budget, providing the leadership and controls to enable business change. Utilizing the newest PMP curriculum (version 7), our highly engaging PM course will enable you to lead Projects utilizing waterfall and agile methodologies. You will learn to utilize modern PM tools, and software relevant in the workplace now, and in the foreseeable future. Project Management is in demand, across all industries globally, providing a path to executive leadership. Project Management skills provide a foundation for a lucrative, dynamic career. In this program, you get 4 dedicated (1 on 1) career counseling sessions following 10 weeks of training to help you identify the best role, build an outstanding PM resume, and pass the job interview. You'll also get first-month check-ins, templates, and resources to help you succeed in your first Project Coordinator Role.

You will receive a Certificate of Completion from SkillHat, demonstrating that you have completed the required hours of PM training. This certificate is recognized by employers and can be used to apply for the PMP exam.
The total course fee includes expert instructor-led training for 9 weeks. It also includes PM software, and PM career development - Resume review, Interview Prep & connections to Industry Leaders.
To partake in this course, students require the following; High School Diploma Moderate Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Students do not require prior experience or training in Project Management.
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to transition into a Project Management role such as - Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner
