Product managers are critical to ensure that the right product is built. This begins with a thorough understanding of your users and the problems you are attempting to solve, followed by collaboration with a variety of different teams to identify and build a solution. 

 

This course will formalize your product management (Product) skill-set so that you can succeed in both startup and enterprise product organizations. Develop the confidence and credibility needed to lead cross-functional initiatives and bring physical and digital products to life.
