The SkillHat Tech Career Accelerator is a program designed to help you transition into the tech industry.
It addresses the common obstacles that prevent people from making an effective pivot into tech, such as lack of experience in a cross-functional product team, no product portfolio, and low confidence.
The program provides hands-on experience and the opportunity to build a product portfolio by allowing you to take on a role within a real product team, solving a real-world problem.
You can take up roles in the cross-functional team such as UX Designer, Business Analyst, Product Manager, Scrum Master, or Software Engineer.
The goal of the accelerator is to provide you with the skills and experience necessary to launch a successful tech career.

To be a part of this program, you must have completed immersive training within the role you are applying for.
If you have not yet completed training, you can take one of SkillHat’s training courses.
You choose your team. People who want to work on the same product form a product team.
To join this accelerator, you should have completed immersive training within the function you want to own in the accelerator. If you have not completed a prior training program, you can take any of SkillHat’s training programs.

We make sure all is done to avoid instances of drop outs as this will affect the whole team and refunds are not issued
Yes. We have a limit of 5 teams and 5 – 8 team members. If you are unable to complete your registration before all teams are formed, you can join the bench (waitlist). If someone drops out of the program, you can take their place. Alternatively, you can join a future cohort.
